Anti-Trafficking & Modern Slavery Statement
MARGAPRIV LIMITED (trading as Lumière Rose London) operates a zero-tolerance policy on human trafficking, modern slavery, coercion and the exploitation of vulnerable adults. This statement is published in line with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Our commitment
The Agency is wholly opposed to any form of human trafficking, slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, debt bondage or coercion, in our own operations and in any business relationship we hold.
Every companion represented by the Agency is an independent adult who has freely chosen to be represented, retains complete control over which bookings to accept, and may end their representation at any moment without explanation, penalty or financial obligation.
Onboarding screening
Before representation begins, every companion is met in person by an Agency principal. We verify (i) age and identity using a current government-issued photographic document, (ii) right to live and work in the United Kingdom, (iii) a second proof of address, and (iv) that the companion is acting of their own free will, without third-party pressure, controller, ‘manager’ or partner directing them.
We decline representation where any of these checks raise concern. Records are retained securely for the duration of representation and 24 months thereafter.
Ongoing welfare
Companions hold their own earnings in full — the Agency takes a transparent introduction fee only, agreed in writing in advance. We do not hold passports, identity documents or accommodation on a companion’s behalf.
A welfare check-in is offered every quarter, conducted by a principal independent of the booking concierge. Companions are signposted to National Ugly Mugs, SWARM and the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline (08000 121 700).
Reporting concerns
Anyone — a companion, a client, a member of the public — may report a concern about trafficking, coercion or exploitation in absolute confidence to management@lumiereroseagency.uk. Reports are reviewed by a principal within 24 hours.
Where a credible safeguarding concern is identified, we will report it to the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline (08000 121 700) and, where appropriate, to the Metropolitan Police on 101 or 999. Confidentiality of the reporter is protected so far as the law permits.
Governance
This statement is approved by the directors of MARGAPRIV LIMITED and is reviewed annually. It applies to the Agency, its directors and any contractor working with the Agency.
