Complaints
Concerns are taken seriously, recorded formally and addressed independently of the booking concierge.
How to raise a concern
Write to management@lumiereroseagency.uk. The address is monitored by an agency principal independent of the booking concierge.
All concerns are acknowledged in writing within 24 hours.
Our response
We investigate every complaint and respond in writing within 7 days. Where appropriate, we will share the outcome with the complainant in full, subject to the privacy of any third parties.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to an independent partner organisation, the Information Commissioner's Office (for data matters), or the Metropolitan Police (for safeguarding matters). We will support any such escalation.
